@lcfc_mike@FPLMeerkat From what I can find he will likely miss first 1-2 games but will check for updates closer to deadline. Annoying bc he’s been in my team since day 1!
He also fractured collarbone 30 April and has been in limited training. If that was the only injury I’d say he would play vs 🇸🇦
@lcfc_mike@FPLMeerkat Yeah he’s nailed when fit but recovering from a “grade 2 calf injury” incurred in training on June 2. Bielsa chose to include him in the squad after this injury.
Meerkat has Viñas starting instead, who has played only 88 min across 5 games in qualifying
@thearsenalscout Also need to consider Arteta’s playstyle. Attacking footballers want to attack. Why would these guys go to Arsenal when the plan is to defend for literally all of the time?
@richardajkeys Didn’t have any of these problems in Qatar did we? (lovely little country)
Except we did have the heat. And the state-sanctioned homophobia and 6500 dead migrant workers
@FPL_TomHadley@FplCrisis Undav will be fine, the injury was only minor. Post-match quotes from the man himself: “a few days treatment and it should be fine… Everything’s fine. My butt cheek just hurts.” 😅😂
Whether he starts ahead Kai and Woltemade is another question of course
@dantevos95@usmntonly If you’re blaming Tim Ream in 2026 the issue is a lack of talent, not Tim Ream.
The lad is 38 ffs, you can’t expect him to keep up with pacey attackers from 🇦🇺🇵🇾🇹🇷
@Kglayshier1901@Brightonian_ Can do but it wouldn’t be as simple - Bloom doesn’t have a majority stake in USG anymore. Had to reduce it when both clubs were in the Europa League due to UEFA rules about multi-club ownership
