According to SHEF (https://t.co/B3jB9qcdSk) in 2018 California public colleges and universities continue to be under resourced, ranked in last place in resources per student. This means fewer classrooms, lower paid professors, campuses scrambling for "alternative revenue", etc.

We should have tuition at public high schools. It just needs to be affordable. And people who can’t afford high school can fill out a bunch of forms to get financial aid to pay tuition.
