@ragdolltk I don't say this like I have the answer, I'm trying to answer this question for myself. I feel like that "spark" that inspired us to create has been muddied, corrupted. What would the music industry look like if the value of the dollar went to zero? Would there be as much music?
Tbh a big reason my music releases have been few and far between is due to the pressure I put on myself for how the "release campaign" has to be. "I gotta have 3 to 5 eye-catching promo videos" "The artwork has to be just right" "Gotta make sure I post at the right time of day"
@ragdolltk I agree with you and you make a good point, though I'm aiming at a deeper aspect. Why do we create in the first place? What's the reason we started a creative pursuit? Are we creating from that same place we started or have we lost sight of the core?
