@Tukashiito@biraz_dans@sytelog He has been in fights with enough water around and he never used that move.
He usually just defaults to riding a wave or running on water rather than using the water spout.
@valencia_xd@biraz_dans@sytelog Season 2, he fought an unagi in the ocean
During his fight with Ozai there was enough water around for him to use as well.
@erlly_kherm@biraz_dans@sytelog Lmao, you could use this excuse to claim a character can do any feat they haven't demonstrated.
For example, I could claim Korra can redirect lightning, she just never had to. How does that make sense?
Messi played in 3 World Cup finals and won just one… Ronaldo played in 5 UCL finals and won all of them.
Fact: If Ronaldo had played in 3 World Cup finals, I swear he would’ve won all 3. He knows how to deliver in finals, unlike Messi.
@tomiwebstr Those day old airbenders were good non-benders before they got their bending.
Compared to these fodder who were stated to be mostly untrained without any fight experience
@ereboKinetic@LuminousXii If the AS channeled the cosmic energy of the universe by default, then that means Korra should be able to meditate and project a giant astral form of herself at any time, since both the tree of time and the avatar state serve the same function according to that point.
@ereboKinetic@LuminousXii And is the avatar state channeling the cosmic energy of the universe or that of the kites? I remember the creators said raava and vaatu were born from that tree of time, meaning they are embodiments of cosmic energy themselves.
@ereboKinetic@LuminousXii We didn't see a clear edge from unalaq because they didn't do power tussles, it was mostly a high paced fight where they were both dodging their attacks without landing any hits. That wouldn't provide solid grounds to show any sizable difference in power.
@ereboKinetic@LuminousXii That stalemate lasted like 3 secs, before unalaq pulled his bullshit move.
Earlier in the same fight, Unalaq overpowered Korra's waterbending and almost had her crushed in a crevasse.
