@CopeIsClutch@H8KUcom@astrolamont@JoshAnimator Where do you think the food they cooked for him went? Back into the cash register?
Preparing the food is part of the services rendered, it’s not just the wait service. He got kicked out for livestreaming in the restaurant and being disruptive.
@sunni__16@H8KUcom@astrolamont@JoshAnimator That’s exactly how it works. The business has a right to refuse any service, and the customer is financially responsible food that has been prepared for them even if they get kicked out by acting like a fool.
@sunni__16@H8KUcom@astrolamont@JoshAnimator The contract includes him behaving like a civilized adult after ordering his food. He failed on his end, the restaurant shouldn’t have to eat the cost of food already prepared, or allow him to continue disturbing other guests.
@sunni__16@H8KUcom@astrolamont@JoshAnimator No it doesn’t. The restaurant is not obligated to continue serving a disruptive nuisance, but that person still has an obligation to pay for what they ordered.
@H8KUcom@astrolamont@JoshAnimator If you go to a restaurant and order $400 worth of food, then act like a public nuisance to the point where you get kicked out, you should still be on the hook for that bill.
@OutlawRider6 I didn’t say it was the same thing. That was just an example of why you are wrong when you say there’s “no restrictions on how you get it”.
