@FayeJennifer_@epicgraphic I think that is the sticking point with the 4 day work week. For us, we have always been remote, provide marketing/sales consulting, training and execution for a single industry. There is *always* work to be done. I see the 4 day benefiting more in office workers than remote.
@FayeJennifer_@epicgraphic Ah, my point was missed. Intent is that the entire team is never off at the same time + their days off fit their schedule + client schedules. Having a fixed day would be less than ideal.
@epicgraphic Depends on the type of business. For us having the entire team off on a single day would be far from ideal. I could see this varying each week based on what works best for the client/team/individual.
More affordable areas close to Pinellas are seeing record growth where there IS land in Polk County. Now what will be interesting is over the next 10-20 years seeing how the I-4 corridor between Tampa and Orlando grows.

Affordability and higher housing costs will always and be continue to have the ability to make headlines. Is it realistic to have βlowβ or more affordable rent in areas like this? (NO). Demand is high,we have little to no land to build more supply of homes.
...well as the marketing person(s) at the company. Taking Google advice is not simply a yes or no. It requires building trust and proving THEIR results and skill set. In my experience - I have not found a rep who is more knowledgeable than anyone on our team.

2-Attribution has always been a challenge. (New Home Construction). Long buying cycles, multiple entry points and a large portion of the time two individuals researching and both able to become a lead.
