@FlightEmergency Was the perpendicular runway in use for landings at the time? Wing tip vortices from a landing aircraft could cause the atmospheric conditions to stop the Edelweiss being able to climb away
“Welcome to Wrexham” has shined a Hollywood spotlight on England’s National League. This season, Notts County is writing quite a story its own. But what happens when the other side gets to write it? https://t.co/jok1rT53uj
@NonLeaguePaper L2 North/South would solve a lot of problems. Lowers travel costs for all parties, increases frequency of local derbys and gives professional NL teams league status. Good for revenue, good for atmosphere, good for fans, good for club expenses.
@ccalciok@TimesSport@Lawton_Times@39_stephs You’ll notice I said ‘threatened to storm’. And I suppose the only context that’s missing is how predictable it was that a section of Grimsby fans would act this way. I doubt the times picked that match/your fans to film at random.
@Official_NCFC@EastleighFC Are any other games already called off? You’d have thought with half a weeks notice we could arrange to play another side who’s opponents have cancelled due to Covid. Might have a hope in hells chance of finishing the season if we started doing so
She looks like she’d rather drink a cup of cold sick. How about supporting struggling industries instead? The world will need just as many actors, bar staff and pilots once Covid is over. But without support to bridge the gap, we’ll be destroying any chance of a recovery.
@Bigalanh5 @LeighCurtis_NP I thought you didn’t like trolls that go fishing for arguments on Twitter Alan. In fact I remember you emphatically blocked a number of them. What’s changed?
@MartinSLewis Surely our government should be supportive of Brits spending a week or two on holiday in [Literally any country in the world except the USA], where they’re far less likely to contract Covid than they are in the U.K, not discouraging it by quarantine
