The very idea that you would judge a registration unconstitutional, but then knowingly let a registration waltz through the door in a costume so inept as to be insulting to basic intelligence, testifies to the cuckultry of the judiciary's commitment to the 2nd amendment.
Another problem: does zero to help those of us in states that totally ban NFA items.
A circuit split on whether they are protected arms would be nice. So far we only have that on suppressors.
Add 3rd Circuit to list of entities that failed DE their rights. People saying its expected. I'm getting tired of being constitutionally failed at every level of Government - Judicial, Executive, and Legislative.
Walking up to SCOTUS like " Please sir, I want some more ."
I'm a little perplexed New Jersey has not asked the Third Circuit for a stay yet. They could wait until the last minute before the mandate, but weird to risk that and not leave time (in the event of it being rejected) to ask SCOTUS for an emergency stay.
A New Jersey gun store posted this email they received from the NJ State Police, saying the Third Circuit's decision is "effective July 31, 2026." https://t.co/ITBaBc33u1
@flyingjudas@MorosKostas According to @DelawareDSSA we need to wait till our specific case is adjudicated(word?). But it should be quick work now that the 3rd circuit has ruled. (whatever quick means in the judicial system)
