@hellonecole Folks do a great job of surrounding themselves with “bosses” and “hustlers” but if you don’t have a friend crew that’s dedicated to rest, replenishment + self-care, you will suffer because it won’t be top of mind.
Get you a self-care community *ahem* and flourish!
