The funniest thing about Rowling is that she's a leftist feminist who agrees with 99% of what left has to say BESIDES trans people and that's enough to label her as a Nazi LMAOOO
Politics aside, $5k per each American translates to $1.2T. Yes it might exclude a few of the wealthy, but it adds over 15% to our spending, which is out of control.
The US is spending over $1T on servicing the debt. In other words, if we hadn't taken on extreme debt, we'd almost be able to afford this largess.
However, there are other costs. This would be like throwing gasoline on a fire. Inflation, already on the rise, will accelerate (likely more than anticipated) and the US will take on more debt, spiraling treasuries higher. We might see a 10y note carry a yield above 7%, which will put mortgage rates close to the rate shock heights in 1994.
Politics and legality aside, this would be a policy with a short-term advantage followed by crippling challenges.
Reporter: “How confident are you in carrying this team forward?”
Jameis Winston: “One thing that I do is forgetting those that is behind… and reaching forward to what’s ahead.” (stares off into space) 😂😂😂
I’m glad the NFL is cracking down on this.
Kids watch these games. No need for stuff like this in the NFL presented by DraftKings.
Let the kids find out about beer the way they should… through the hundreds of NFL sponsored Bud Light commercials per game.
Not just special teams.
This is legitimately one of the greatest football plays I’ve ever seen.
It doesn’t get much better than that right there. Every coach in America will be showing this rep to their team this week.
President Trump promised not to add to the national debt during his presidential campaign -- and, in fact, that he would pay it down.
He has failed badly on both counts.
President Trump has become the worst-spending President in our history, adding ~$2.2-$2.3 T to the national debt in each of his first two years and in his second term.
He's on track to add $9T+ in his second term, beating the previous high-water mark of $7.8T -- set by his first term.
Only if you voted for President Trump, please reply with your feelings on this issue and his first 18 months more broadly.
