That first minute is where they decide:
•Do I like this person?
•Do I feel comfortable with them?
•Can I see myself working with them?

Interviewing is a skill, and one of the skills you need…

That way, you start to feel familiar to them and set yourself up for a stronger connection.

Think of the first minute of your interview as the hook.

If an offer comes in? Say no if you want.
But you’ll never be caught off guard about your value or what’s next.

The worst time to start interviewing is when you need to.

Most people wait until they’re desperate to interview.
That’s exactly when your negotiating power is zero.

• What you’re worth in today’s market
