@AskSynchrony I tried to do that and your customer service is giving me the run around while allowing a fraudulent account to sit in your system and affect my credit. I have utilized Synchrony for some time but I don't understand not receiving timely assistance. You can message me privately.

@AskSynchrony is it normal to have a fraudulent account with Synchrony and have no representatives to assist in closing that account? Is this standard practice for Synchrony?
