@Fenwa20@MTNNG Show us your digital well-being for yesterday. Show us your screen time yesterday. Also, did you do any network speed test yesterday?
I was facing something similar last week but I found out the culprit and trust me, it wasn't MTN.
@SkylarksPlace Samsung Africa customer service legit told me that the warranty on my phone covers all issues except the screen. What part is prone to damage if not the screen of Samsung phones?
@SkylarksPlace The phone is a Samsung phone, is it not? So is it not okay to say that some Samsung phones are substandard? And you the consumer would most likely bear the brunt of this if you're buying from a third world country.
@SkylarksPlace I'm dead serious. I bought a brand new Samsung galaxy s24fe last year in March and I fixed the screen twice in less than 7 months. The phone didn't fall. Didn't overheat (I have a phone cooler), and yet it inked up. It originated from the same spot and same pattern each time!
@popsidem@Gbamila_joe@AlasaJay Treated this stuff like an egg only to wake up one morning to a glitch and finally my screen went blind. Mind you, this was a s24 series. I fixed it before and the exact same thing happened again. I can never advise anybody I know to get a Samsung S series phone unless...2/2
@popsidem@Gbamila_joe@AlasaJay I was once like this. In buying Samsung phones, you can either be lucky and get the unit that won't stress you, or be unlucky and get a messed up unit, or have so much money that it does matter. I used my phone and it still ended up like this. I bought a phone radiator..1/2
