I canceled a booking because of hostile behavior from this guest, including a previous 1-star from another host. Airbnb agreed and canceled it for me. Plus, refunding all there money.

She never stayed but now left a 1-star review with a threat to damage me on social media. Airbnb refuses to remove it.

For transparency, $0 were paid out to me and $0 were charged to the guest. Her claims are completely false, yet as a host, I am the one getting punished due to a retaliatory review in which @Airbnb refuses to remove due to incompetent ambassadors hired by Airbnb. You guys are going backwards with the updated guidelines which does not protect the hosts at all. This is a slap to our face. @bchesky @AirbnbHelp

Drove to @EinsteinBros in Berkley, MI to grab lunch for my kids. Got there at 1:30pm , keep in mind they close at 2. Manager refused to take my order, said “we’re done for the day” and only accepts cash.

My kids were waiting. No food. No card allowed.

This isn’t policy, it’s laziness or theft. This needs to be investigated. This is the last time I go to this location. Until this personal gets released from this location.

Do better. This is not what you all represent.

I did my due diligence.
Airbnb canceled her stay.
Now she retaliates with a false review… and Airbnb says it “doesn’t violate policy”?

A guest trespasses my property 8 hours early, enters through the back door, refuses to leave after Airbnb tries to remove them, causes a noise complaint, and then leaves a retaliatory 1-star review… and Airbnb says that’s allowed? This is a slap to the face @Airbnb.
