Halfway through episode 9 (Brisbane) of the “Finding Niamh” podcast. I’m devastated for her family. Oof. 💔

I’m a few years older than Niamh, but it feels like we could have been friends.

I’m going to finish this podcast but need a little bit to sit with this first.

Tonight I decided on a whim to start a full re-listen of all the @case_file episodes. It’s been a few years since I’ve done a re-listen and now there are 326 episodes (although 2 are missing?) covering 279 cases.

@Shmoo06 Sounds like “aura without migraine” sometimes called “silent migraine”. For me it just makes seeing an aura useless as a sign that a migraine is impending. Also, despite years of tracking all the things, I too feel like some migraine triggers will just always be a mystery.
