Voy a intentar explicar lo que siento de cara al partido del domingo siendo de Barcelona y del Barça.

Soy culé desde que tengo uso de razón, además he tenido la suerte de ser socio del club y de poder ir durante años al Camp Nou a verlos jugar en directo.

Este club me ha hecho llorar de alegria y de tristeza. Me han dado momentos que son imborrables y que me los quedo para siempre. Este club de una forma u otra, siempre ha estado ahí. Y por mi edad, gran parte de este camino lo he recorrido de la mano de Messi.

Para mi Messi y el Barça no son conceptos divisibles. Van juntos. Siempre irán juntos. Si, se fue. Si, no volverá. Pero ese sentiments va a seguir ahí. No le guardo rencor alguno por irse y seguiré esperando ese paetido de homenaje que llegará.

Y digo esto porque yo he seguido disfrtuando del Barça cuando Messi se ha ido y he seguido viviendolo con la misma intensidad. Pero a su vez he seguido viendo la carrera de Messi y me ha sido imposible no alegrarme de sus logros aún que sean lejos de casa. Me saltaron lágrimas en Qatar. No por Argentina, por él. Porque lo considero uno de los nuestros y yo quiero lo mejor para los nuestros.

Y aquí llegamos a Cubarsí, Lamine, Pedri, Gavi, Olmo, Joan Garcia, Eric. Estos también son de los mios. Y lo son ahora mismo. Y no se me ocurre nada mejor para los nuestros que ganar un mundial siendo tan jóvenes. Les puede repercutir de manera muy positiva y eso es un extra. ¿Tengo la misma vinculación con ellos que con Messi? Es absolutamente imposible. Uno estuvo dos décadas, ellos aún no han conseguido ese plus que da el haber estado semana tras semana durante años. Ojalá lo consigan.

Por otra parte pienso, le hace falta a Messi otro mundial para demostrar algo? No. Rotundamente no. Ya se ha pasado el juego. Que le traigan el fútbol 2 que el 1 ya lo tiene completado. Pero claro cerrar la historia siendo el ganador y mvp de un mundial con 39 años, es el final soñada. Pero claro, que Lamine Yamal puede haber ganado una Eurocopa y un mundial con 19 recién cumplidos es el inicio soñado para una carrera que pinta a meteòrica.

Honestamente, creo que prefiero que lo gane la selección por puro egoismo de saber que los nuestros esto les supondrá un subidón y perder puede provocarles el efecto contrario.

Quiero que sea un partidazo, quiero que los dos se salgan, quiero cerrar el circulo y que.le pase el relevo generacional, quiero ver ese abrazo entre los dos. Y al final de todo, quiero irme a dormir el domingo sabiendo que he podido disfrutar del mejor de la història durante 20 años y que voy a poder seguir haciéndolo con el que por destino, estaba escrito con aquella foto en la bañera.

Leanne Flynn stepped in front of a 14-inch blade to protect small children in her care. Here she speaks for the first time about the physical and emotional scars left behind.

Her actions on November 23, 2023, when 52-year-old Riad Bouchaker embarked on a stabbing spree outside a school in Dublin’s city centre, saved the lives of every child there that day.

“He just went straight in,” she said. “But as he got closer, he brought the knife up so I saw the silver of the knife, and I was like, what is he doing? And then he just started jabbing. So I, I actually let out a roar. I was like, ‘What are you doing? Get away from those kids’.”

“I just got straight back up and grabbed them [the children] again and was shouting,” she said. “And I was like, ‘Somebody help me, he has a knife’, because I was thinking there’s nobody helping, like what’s going on?

Despite an official Assessment of Needs confirming his requirements, the HSE issued a service statement informing the family that he would not receive his necessary services until 2033.

The legal challenge states that waiting nearly a decade for meaningful intervention ensures the child will suffer irreversible developmental harm.

The HSE claims it cannot include private providers in service statements, yet the family's legal team submits that private providers are already regularly utilized for initial assessments.

The lawsuit argues there is no legal barrier preventing the HSE from procuring private healthcare to immediately reduce waiting lists for children.

Early intervention is not a luxury, it is a fundamental pillar of the rights of the child. Forcing a toddler to wait until adolescence for basic healthcare violates their right to develop to their full potential.
