Observation #1: In Web 2.0 businesses leveraged new platforms that democratized publishing and allowed them to skip traditional gate keepers. In Web 3.0 individuals become the gatekeepers and community building will become more important than publishing.
Ask for help when you need it. A lot of community teams are often solo or very small, but that shouldn't stop you from asking for help if you are feeling overwhelmed, burnout, etc. Joining a group like @CommunityClubHQ helps with this! #100DaysOfCommunity
