None of the street lights on the premises of Laukaha Railway Station are working, leaving the entire station in darkness. This is causing inconvenience to passengers and poses a serious safety and security risk, especially during the night.

Complaint against Stall No.11/17, PF 6/7 at Patna Jn.I purchased two 600 ml mango drinks with MRP ₹40 each,but he charged₹45 each . On asking for bill,he refused and said he gives bill to nobody. Kindly take strict action for overcharging & denial of bill.

Booked LPG cylinder on 12 May 2026 (Consumer No. 7203502370, Ref No. 2-005681269571) and paid₹1013 online. After 14 days,on 26 May at 23:28,received SMS showing “Delivered” but no cylinder received. I never shared any DAC. Kindly investigate and help.
