Today, 4th grade mathematicians used sense making strategies to multiply fractions. Students did a great job thinking, sharing, and extending their thinking to this 5th grade standard!
4th graders thought flexibly and found multiple ways to solve an equal share problem. They compared and contrasted representations and strategies. It was a great way to kick off our second unit in fractions! π
