The most poisonous, draining, yet overlooked problem in the world:
Negative thinking.
It’s why you’re always tired, distracted, and can’t sit alone with your thoughts.
The 4 lessons from Eckhart Tolle that fixed my mind forever:
Some excellent deep self questions for your Thursday:
1. What in life makes me feel confined or trapped?
2. What gets me in touch with freedom?
3. What’s stopping me from doing more of 2?
Letting go is impossible.
But when I realized that everything that was given to me will be taken away (and only everything…) letting go happened on its own.
The fastest cure to the ‘nobody understands me’ wound is to see that nobody needs to understand you.
You don’t even understand you. (I don’t understand me and I don’t even try anymore)
The cure is fully embracing the pain as a total mystery, without any judgement whatsoever.
What most people forget about spirituality…
Having a realization is not something you store your back pocket.
It’s something that lives you on a moment-to-moment basis (especially including THIS moment) that can seem to be covered up if you believe old viewpoints.
Even anxious people still know that freedom is the natural way of things...
Freedom not something that has to be added, it's the removal of restriction.
Your interactions with people improve when you can find connection in yourself.
Your relationships improve when you can find love in yourself.
Your arguments improve when you can find sanity in yourself.
Your life improves when you start from the goal.
