As the 2026 Atlantic hurricane season begins, PIFF has launched https://t.co/bw3SpJ9gA1, a new consumer-focused resource designed to help Floridians prepare for the floods that often come with storms, understand their risk, and recover more quickly after disaster strikes.
Beyond clipboards, fax machines and repetitive paperwork... 🚀 Check out what we’ve been working on at WellConnector via our recent demo featured during the @CMSGov event in DC. We’re excited about the future of patient-centered, digital-first healthcare. https://t.co/fFpPaG7iwu
Yesterday @TaMarynWaters and @TDOnline wrote an article that stated the @TalChamber intends to be the quarterback for economic development in our region. We mean it.
We will lead, take positions, and partner across the public and private sectors to grow jobs, raise wages, and improve quality of life across the Capital Region. We will also put advanced technology to work, helping existing and new businesses navigate our economic and business ecosystem...while marketing our region's strengths and opportunities to the world.
Alongside that commitment, we released our 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 𝗣𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗰𝘆 𝗣𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀, organized around three priorities:
→ Economic Development & Business Growth
→ Innovation, Education & Workforce
→ Housing & Infrastructure
These positions will guide our advocacy and our work in the year ahead. The Capital Region's next chapter will be defined by what we build together.

WellConnector debuted a live demonstration on April 9, during the @CMSGov “HealthTech Ecosystem Live! First Wave Launch” event in Washington, DC. The team came home energized and inspired by the personal stories driving the push toward patient-centered solutions.
ICYMI: In this @850BizMag story on the rural health care renaissance taking place in North FL & beyond, @gonzalezloumiet of WellConnector & @ThisIsRuvos describes how local partners can help facilitate tech transitions & advancements in communities:

Thank you to @FSU_Health and @FSUWertheim for hosting the FSU Business of Healthcare Summit. We enjoyed hearing about the partnerships and priorities shaping healthcare in our local community and across the broader region + connecting w/ leaders focused on making an impact.
I love a printed publication. Read all about the Buzz with Purpose rebrand in the latest issue of In Session by @Fla_Pol, found at your favorite downtown Tallahassee locations. Thank you for writing about the new look, Janelle Irwin Taylor!
We're so proud of WellConnector cofounder @gonzalezloumiet, sworn in last week as board chair for @TalChamber. We believe in connecting w/ communities we serve & giving back through causes that help them thrive. Eddie embodies this value in spades as a leader in his community.

After nearly 10 years in business, I’m excited to share that Allison Aubuchon Communications is now Buzz with Purpose — a name that reflects the work I love doing and the client missions behind it.
“Buzz with Purpose” should sound familiar. It’s been a guiding phrase and tagline in my work for years. While “buzz” in PR can sometimes feel noisy or hollow, what my clients and I create together is anything but. Our work is intentional and strategic — amplifying purpose-driven missions with thoughtful storytelling, advocacy, and creativity.
The bee icon (refreshed) remains front and center in our brand. Bees are small but mighty, nimble, collaborative, and great communicators — qualities I strive to bring to every partnership. I’m thrilled to share that the updated brand was brought to life by talented Tallahassee graphic designer Eric Thomas of Understory, whose work honors the company's foundation while giving us fresh energy for the future.
While our DBA name and visual identity may be changing, our core services remain the same, including strategic planning, graphic design, messaging, media advocacy and coalition-building. The refreshed look is now live at https://t.co/JZqMZy78LP -- hope you'll check it out!
Grateful for your friendship and partnership, and excited for what we’ll build together in the next chapter as Buzz with Purpose!
Sincerely,
Allison Aubuchon

It was a pleasure to support and represent @PIFFNews at the @FLChamber Insurance Summit! And it was a honor to moderate the communications panel and share the stage with Alia Faraj-Johnson (Consumer Protection Coalition), Michael Peltier (@citizens_fla) and William Rabb (@insjournal) — we discussed the importance of getting accurate information to the media quickly + how the entire industry / partners can play a role in communicating. 💪
