Good afternoon, we very much include and value syndicates participating in the Sun Racing Summer Jumps Championships. Each horse owned by a syndicate is counted as a single ownership entity and accumulates points as such, as in many syndicates the ownership is for a specific horse rather than all horses racing in the colours of the syndicate.

💬 "The Government must bring this back to Parliament for full democratic scrutiny."

An important intervention from previous Gambling Minister @StuartAndrew, who was clear when he was in post that affordability checks should only be approved if they are proven to be fully frictionless.

The opposite is happening now, and we agree with his assertion that the Government needs to bring this policy – which will have severe unintended consequences for British racing – back to parliament for full democratic scrutiny.
