@OleTimeHardball The correct answer is adding Pete Rose in the 2 hole and playing right field, moving Babe Ruth to DH. When Pete retired in 1986 he held the modern era’s highest fielding percentage at that position. Not saying he was Roberto Clemente, but he belongs in the lineup somewhere.

@MVCMadness I was at the game at SIU in ‘88 when Hersey scored 49 points & SIU's Steve Middleton scored 42 points. Bradley won in OT, was an incredible game. Hersey ran the baseline from one wing to the other, he caught and shot so quick. I second all the other comments about his candidacy.

@GeneSteratore Gene, you’re the man and love your work. I understand the rule and clearly the Ravens receiver did not get the third foot down. The question I’ve always had about this rule is … why is it three feet vs two? A receiver going out of bounds is only required to get two feet down.
