Satisfying PVC ablation in a post MVR pt. Utilized ViewMate Multi ICE imaging to locate area of scar under MVR. Early PVC timing & unipole aligned with the same area. Note voltage map correlation with ICE image.

Sometimes less is more. Finished the week with a WPW ablation in a hemodynamically unstable pt. Parked HD Grid near LL AP & collected 5 tach beats before pace term. Clear trifurcated signals, lost AP conduction 3s into abl.

Satisfying end to the week seeing rhythm convert from AF during ablation with #TactiFlex. Note attenuation of abl EGMs during RF session that broke to sinus.

Interesting septostomy LAFL circuit in a redo AF patient. AFL cycling around a small line of block near prior transeptal scar. Long fractionated EGMs seen with #HDGrid and #OTNearField - terminated here in 2s of RF.
