Sometimes we find ourselves working with formulas, tables and strategies. A spiritpreneur should be dynamic. When the strategy is not working, don’t be scared to drop it. Don’t be scared to risk it for another alternative. You might never know what works until you try it.
Research has proven that people respond more to new approaches than old one even though most times, the new may come with risks. Sometimes, your target market may not even be interested in your strategy. Venture out to do things differently. Don’t be scared to change.
"But the worries of this life, the deceitfulness of wealth and the desires for other things come in and choke the word, making it unfruitful." - Mark 4:19

DO BUSINESS WITH OPEN HANDS
Entrepreneurship is not a straightjacket venture. You learn, relearn and unlearn. As an entrepreneur, you must be ready to keep on advancing in your field and in others as well.

As a spiritpreneur, you are conscious of the law of giving and so you should practice it frequently. As much as you share ideas, plans and strategies with others, you create an environment for the birth of new inventions.
That is why it is important to tap from the knowledge base of everyone that matters in your line of business, from the customer to your competitors to those who are not even near you. As much as you learn from others, you must also give.
Then he said to them, Watch out! Be on your guard against all kinds of greed: A man’s life does not consist in the abundance of his possessions. ~ Luke 12:15

Also, do not feel too big to learn from your staff or anyone else who is beneath you. In fact learning from them would rather stick quickly and teach you things you may have never known. The Bible says he who wants to lead must be a servant. Be a gracious leader.
The saddest thing that can happen to a business is for it to be led by an incompetent leader. As a leader, you always have to be two steps or more ahead of your team to get things done right.

You can’t have grasp over each person’s job description but have a fair idea what they are doing and how well it needs to be done. If your workers notice that you are a dynamic leader, they are more meticulous in how they do their work.
