Erachi Don (fried rice + cured egg + steak), Chicken karaage, and raw beef tataki.

1st time eating raw beef in Kochi (have had it in other countries) - it's melt in the mouth.

This worked for me and allowed me to talk to a human on @JioCare.

Once I was able to get there, the process for initiating cancellation was quite easy.

It still is mind boggling to me that there is no other option to initiate cancellation other than this hidden "trick" on the IVR line.

Over the last few days, the large scale operational breakdown at @IndiGo6E has caused massive inconvenience to passengers across India, with flight cancellations, long delays, confusing information and poor crowd management at airports. Traders, professionals, students, patients and families have suffered serious mental stress and financial loss.

I have written to Hon’ble Civil Aviation Minister Shri @RamMNK ji (letter attached) seeking an immediate inquiry into this crisis, compensation for all affected passengers and stronger regulatory oversight so that such a failure is not repeated.

Indian air travellers deserve a reliable and accountable aviation system. No airline should be allowed to take passengers for granted.

Everyone wanted to loot us, people wanted to scam us,they hated us for being Gujarati, traffic rules were not followed, constant elephant threat was there, we were judged because we demanded vegeterian food.
