Safe to say by now that CT really dislikes EIP-8363.

Worth remembering though: @Ethereum doesn't vote on this stuff onchain the way some networks do. It only happens if the client teams actually agree to ship it in a scheduled upgrade, and this one already missed the cutoff for the next one.

So even if it goes through (extremely unlikely), that's a 2027 conversation at the soonest.

Out East Summit 2026 that was hosted by @TheTieIO , brought together leaders across institutional digital assets for three days of thoughtful discussion and meaningful connection on Long Island’s North Fork.

Through panels, fireside chats, and curated networking, the summit created a strong setting for conversations. A key theme was how institutional participation is actively reshaping the crypto landscape, influencing market structure, product design, and the balance between enterprise and retail needs. The conversation has clearly shifted from if institutions will enter the space to how their presence is redefining it.
