After going to New Orleans 2x from VA Beach! I was DENIED entry, NIGHT OF, to the concert due to fraud! @Ticketmaster has yet to rectify the situation of my FLOOR SEATS being fraudulently transferred from my account! This isn’t fair and I’m honestly not okay! It’s been a lot and I’m distressed. I’m down $2k & the only way I see it being made right is hotel, flight, and floor seat REIMBURSEMENT OR flown out, nice hotel, and my floor seat. Some1 plz help !!
