BREAKING: President Duma Boko Declines White House Invite, Insists Talks Must Happen in Botswana
He has reportedly turned down an invitation from the U.S. President to visit the White House, making it clear that any discussions about Botswana’s natural resources must take place on Botswana’s soil.
Speaking firmly, President Boko emphasized: “If there is any official business to discuss, it should take place in Botswana. We cannot continue traveling abroad to negotiate matters concerning our own resources.”
He stressed that Botswana should not have to go overseas to negotiate issues directly connected to its minerals, assets, and long-term national interests.
According to him, if international partners are genuinely interested in doing business, they should come to Botswana and engage respectfully within the country.
“In business, buyers go to the sellers,” he added a statement that suggests seriousness, fairness, and mutual respect must guide international partnerships.
When you habitually murmur and complain your words actually have an impact on your brain. You create nueral pathways in you that awaken your recognition system to only see what is wrong while eliminating all that is good.
You after sometime simply become incapable of seeing and recognising any good. This is why if a spouse keeps complaining of his or her partner, they lose the ability to see anything good in them while an outsider sees the beauty and recognises benefits in that person.
The complainer has lost the ability to see anything good in their environment and it now seems normal, right and intelligent to see negative things. It has become the norm.
The scripture that states when others say there is a casting down you will say a lifting up. Its two different minds at work.
Jeremiah 17:6 speaks about a man who will inhabit the patched places of the desert for he does not see when good comes. It is not that there is no good. He has lost the ability to see it.
Jeremiah 17:6
"6 For he shall be like the heath in the desert, and shall not see when good cometh; but shall inhabit the parched places in the wilderness, in a salt land and not inhabited."
For every vision you have that may seem impossible today, it really isn't. It is important you don't make haste but build a spiritual altar around it. Say nothing to anyone about it until instructed or permitted by God to speak.
Disclosing things prematurely to others increases spiritual warfare around it and it could lead to more difficulties in your path.
Spend time in private disciplines of prayer, fasting and offering up spiritual sacrifices over it. This is what amounts to building an altar.
In return heaven will send down revelation and direction. You start speaking prophetically and the light on how to go about it will dawn upon your heart.
Let the Spirit come upon you concerning it.

@renoomokri Thank you Mr. Omokri for this well-thought-out eulogy.
Sentiments aside, this write-up stirred up my heart as to where we have come from and the foundations laid by our principals of old.
We shall continue to strive to regain back this fast forgotten legacies.

Sometimes, I am almost overwhelmed by the type of honesty, loyalty, and industry that is so rampant in Northern Nigeria. If you are a Mutanen Arewa, I beg you, from the bottom of my heart, to please retain your pure, undefiled, and praiseworthy culture. It is a thing of pride not just for Nigeria, but for the Black Race.
Do not lose heart to the rhetoric from influential voices in the West. This is their time, and perhaps God, in His infinite wisdom, is using it to test you, so that, like gold that attains perfection after refinement from fire, you will emerge as an even more sterling people. But this too shall pass.
Their time is now. Arewa's time is forever!
What shall, however, not pass is the quiet and dignified grace of Arewa that marks you out as a people of utmost good faith and intense love for God and each other.
Being born an Arewa and then a Nigerian is one of the most extraordinary things that could happen to any individual. Do not let anybody, no matter how powerful, make you feel otherwise.
Being called a Mallam, even when some erroneously think it is an insult, is one of the highest compliments anyone can give me. Or you!
In terms of historical greatness, intrinsic worth, and natural intellect that does not lead to pride, you, Arewa, whether Muslim or Christian, are unmatched by almost any people on Earth.
My name is Bemigho Reno Omokri, and I not only love you but am also an ardent and unapologetic admirer of your world class culture.

Young people will always seek out places where they can be their full selves. If that atmosphere isn't created for them, they will go and find it elsewhere.
But that is not God's plan. His plan is not for them to leave and make avoidable mistakes. His plan is for fathers and children to work together.
The older generation must create the atmosphere. The new generation must be liberated to express, to build, and to grow. @pastorpoju
