@DierksBrandon Yes, they were - nuts! We got generators in place at all locations. ComEd has restored power to a lot of the area but Sterling-4th and RockFalls-Gaulrapp remain down.

@tina1120 Hey Tina - Very sorry about the super inconvenience, we can relate. We isolated the problem to a router in Rock Falls, and have since resolved it. Speeds should be back to normal now.
