📌 Seventh Gender Samvaad | Stories of Women Leaders

From an SHG member and Krishi Sakhi to a leader in a women-led FPC, Smt. Niharika Bhuyan, Assam, shared how collective action and institutional support strengthened women farmers’ confidence, voice and participation in markets.

From homemaker and SHG member to entrepreneur, Smt. Kirti Tai Deshmukh, Maharashtra, shared how training, institutional support and government schemes helped her build her enterprise and inspire other women.

Their journeys show how collectives, skills and sustained ecosystem support can help women move from participation to leadership and entrepreneurship.

As over 400 Lakhpati Didis, PMAY–G beneficiaries, and SHG Didis are departing from Delhi with their spouses, they are carrying back more than just memories—they are carrying pride, inspiration, renewed dreams, and a sense of fulfillment.

Over the past 4–5 days, they witnessed the grandeur of the Republic Day celebrations, interacted with Hon’ble Ministers, explored Delhi through Delhi Darshan, and shared stories, cultures, and aspirations with Didis from across India. These moments of togetherness, reflection, and joy will travel with them to their villages.

Returning home inspired and empowered, they are ready to lead change, strengthen their communities, and build a more prosperous #ViksitBharat.

दिल्ली से अपने घरों और गाँवों की ओर लौट रहीं 400 से अधिक लखपति दीदियाँ, प्रधानमंत्री आवास योजना-ग्रामीण के तहत लाभान्वित महिलाएँ, और स्वयं सहायता समूह की अग्रणी दीदिया, अपने साथ सिर्फ यादें नहीं, बल्कि गर्व, प्रेरणा, नए सपने और संतोष का भाव लेकर जा रही हैं।

पिछले 4–5 दिनों में उन्होंने गणतंत्र दिवस के कार्यक्रमों का गौरव देखा, माननीय मंत्रियों से संवाद किया, दिल्ली दर्शन के माध्यम से राजधानी को जाना और देशभर से आई दीदियों के साथ अपने अनुभव, संस्कृति और सपने साझा किए। साथ बिताए ये पल, सीख और खुशी की ये यादें उनके गाँवों तक साथ जाएँगी।

प्रेरित और सशक्त होकर लौट रहीं ये दीदियाँ अब बदलाव की अगुवाई करने, अपने समुदायों को मजबूत करने और समृद्ध व विकसित भारत के निर्माण में अपनी भूमिका निभाने के लिए तैयार हैं।

🇮🇳 ग्रामीण विकास से लेकर राष्ट्रीय उत्सव तक - हमारे देश की विशेष अतिथि 400 से अधिक लखपति दीदी, प्रधानमंत्री आवास योजना-ग्रामीण के तहत लाभान्वित महिलाएँ और स्वयं सहायता समूहों की अग्रणी दीदियाँ अपने परिवार के साथ ऐतिहासिक #IndiaGate और #KartavyaPath पर 77वें गणतंत्र दिवस परेड की साक्षी बनीं।

कई दीदियों के लिए यह जीवन में एक बार मिलने वाला यादगार पल था - भारत की ताकत, सैन्य परेड, सांस्कृतिक प्रस्तुतियों और लोकतंत्र की भावना को अपनी आँखों से देखना।

At the “Samriddh Didi se Samriddh Rashtra | Republic Day Appreciation Ceremony, 2026,” the Ministry of Rural Development highlighted the power of inclusive digital innovation through Shrutlekh, an initiative under Digital India’s @_BHASHINI. Through live, real-time translation and transcription, Shrutlekh ensured multilingual access for all participants.
During the ceremony, the inspiring stories and interactions of Lakhpati Didis from across India were supported through Shrutlekh, enabling their voices to be heard, understood, and celebrated across languages. This real-time language support helped their journeys resonate with everyone present, regardless of linguistic background.

By enabling inclusive communication at the grassroots and national levels, Shrutlekh demonstrated how AI-powered language solutions can amplify voices, enhance accessibility, and strengthen citizen-centric, technology-driven governance.

गणतंत्र दिवस 2026 के अवसर पर आयोजित “समृद्ध दीदी से समृद्ध राष्ट्र: गणतंत्र दिवस अभिनंदन समारोह, 2026” में Digital India के @_BHASHINI की पहल Shrutlekh के माध्यम से सजीव, वास्तविक समय अनुवाद और ट्रांसक्रिप्शन की सुविधा उपलब्ध कराई गई, जिससे बहुभाषी सहभागिता सुनिश्चित हुई।
