It is still not working .. everytime there is rain or little storm, only street light stop working is front of my house. I have said multiple times to change it holder and wiring but they never listen.

@bsesdelhi First of all they come to repair the street light in day and ask me to check, then i have to wait till night to check.. second the bses person came and said now street lights are not our department. @bsesdelhi

My product is out of return policy but under 2 years warranty, flipkart tells me to contact the brand to claim the warranty but brand is not responding on mail/call/whatsapp nowhere.. @activappliances Kooda brand ek dum..!

I just want to know that to claim the warranty we need to connect with the brand customer support, but what if brand is not responding to your calls or mails or texts ? Who is responsible for such behaviour of any brand selling via @Flipkart
