I just got an automated reply that my issue will be solved in 24-48 hours and still today also my order is not delivered but neither the customer service nor the courier company giving any update or reason. The brand is not even concerned about this type of issue.

I have never seen any pathetic brand like @Beyoung_in I place an order on 14 Dec and it was suppose to be delivered on 19 dec but I didn't get my order, I contacted the customer service(no contact number) and they didn't give any update or reason why my order is getting delayed.
