A man reported his wife to me yesterday that his wife was having an affairs with her pastor...a 30 years of marriage in the drain... now she held the three houses documents of her husband and refused to hand it over.... Men are going through a lot. My own take... Any man that gives his house document to his wife, deserves to go through a lot. End.

Funny thing about studying architecture You learn that the strongest structures aren't the flashiest ones, they're the ones built on solid foundations that can carry load. Same logic applies to every project I'm watching in this space right now. Hype will fade. Foundations won't. Look out for that!
