That’s a really interesting point. There could definitely be conflicts, for example if the model sells the video for $30 while the studio makes it available much cheaper.
But unlike the Johansson/Disney case, I’m not suggesting shared revenue. Each party would independently exploit the same content. The key would be defining clear rules from the start: platforms, pricing, release windows, exclusivity periods, etc.
