@Rbjacobs insane that you cannot call a branch direct but have to spend 45 minutes on hold to automated menus with no actual human interactions. Can we put in a request for airtime refund?
What is the contingency plan to make bookings if the system in not working?? is there any?

I need to speak to make a booking for my sons ID and the DHA portal is not giving me ANY available time slots. Everything has been paid+submitted, just need a time slot
@Rbjacobs Cant make a booking as it will only allow me to see till the 2 march. How do i make a booking for after that? I cannot speak to anyone that can assist, just an endless loop of menus on your automated calls. Extremely frustrating to get ZERO assistance from anyone.

@Rbjacobs every time I call im on hold for ages, It just eats airtime. last time I was on hold for 28 minutes :( Do you have a whatsapp number I can call & use wifi instead?
@Rbjacobs i do not have the banking app, as my phone is in for repairs. I called last week to remove the app from my profile so I could get SMS. Worked fine till today.
