For my first post, I’m sharing a letter @NVIDIA signed on why open models matter.
AI will transform every industry, power every company, and be built by every country.
Open models strengthen safety and cybersecurity, accelerate innovation and diffusion, and enable sovereignty.
The world needs both frontier closed models and frontier open models.

Here is what "DOING BETTER" means
- reading to edify your mind
- being slow to speak
- being quick to listen
- acknowledging those who KNOW better
- honouring those who DO better
- pretending not to know in order to know more
Learn or learn the hard way.
@OtitoNosike This is certainly a sneak peek into my life; happiness becomes inconsequential, yet I am never bitter. Though there are days when you naturally feel down, and that's it, because after fulfilling what's next, you certainly forget the low and keep moving.
I never feel pathetic.
@Kenneth_Whirido@rukky_nate No bro, if you come from the type of home where I come from, you’d know whatever you told my mom directly reached my Dad and vice versa; I am raised well and yes, I have both mom and dad living together even in their old age!
It is just easy to talk to her. Thanks
The world usually notices victories.
I find myself paying attention to transitions.
To those rare moments where continuity, legacy, and emergence seem to meet in one place.
Perhaps every generation experiences its own handoff season.
Tonight, I watch with anticipation
Recent thought process made me believe that:
“Time does not reward readiness alone.
It rewards alignment.
Before every new era, there is a hidden season where old stars remain while new ones quietly emerge.
The world notices the ceremony.
History remembers the transition”.
What if new stars never truly appear?
What if they are prepared years before we notice them?
The universe seems to have a habit of quietly arranging its successors before one era comes to an end.
I think we are living through one of those moments.
I have a growing suspicion that history moves in epochs.
Some years prepare new stars.
Some years reveal them.
The world often calls these moments sudden.
I don’t think they are.
I think humanity spends more time preparing its futures than living in them.
