@bigheadhcky Hughes' numbers are amazing, but if he's mainly facing 3rd lines and playing on the PP it has to put an asterisk on his stats, no? Makar and Werenski play in all situations and are always playing the best the opposition has to throw at them.
@bigheadhcky I'll agree with you on the fact that Makar is not having the same kind of impact he used to have in previous years.
But I would love more deployment stats. Not sure about MIN but in VAN Hughes did not get deployed against top lines or the PK. Sometimes not even for DZ faceoffs.
@bigheadhcky Hughes is terrific, he really is, but he gets sheltered minutes and does not play PK. There is no way I'm placing him higher than Makar or Werenski.
1. Cale Makar
2. Zach Werenski
3. Quinn Hughes
@bigheadhcky When Cale is on the ice without MacKinnon, he is usually on the defensive end of the ice. Either on the PK or Nate going for a change when the play goes from O-zone to D-zone. I hate how this stat is used without looking into the why.

@LaimeaSilli@HMannone En usko että luultavasti pelaavasta kokoonpanosta ulosjäävä tai parhaimmillaan pienelle peliajalle jäävä Lehtonen kapteenistoon kuuluu.
@MolitorisNick@HockeyMTNPod I would think 2.75, max 3, seems reasonable for Drury? LOC makes 2.5 and I think he is your comparable. Drury gets a bit more as he is C and cap going up.
