People will accept them because they don't care about surrogacy. I don't either.

But the same arguments are used against adoption to justify keeping kids in unfit biological homes.

The pseudoscience used to justify both positions is pretty much the same tho anti-surrogacy extremists talk about "bonding" and anti-adoption extremists talk about "adoption trauma". Both ignore the thing that actually matters (attachment).
