@ThreeUKSupport email from Three in Nov '22 telling me I can upgrade to 5G home broadband, already a Three 4G home broadband customer. Click the upgrade link, get my new 5G box through, new direct debit set up, new a/c created, charging me for both boxes. Make it make sense.
@FantasyScotland joined a contest but now can't find it in any of the menus to manage the team. How do you access the contests you've joined to manage your teams? Clicking on contests from the menus is just blank.
@gohenry guys what's going on? Looks like a lot of people are having the same issue today with balances being in debit. One of my own kids couldn't use his card to buy his lunch there as there was a negative balance.
@Tantan03Tj@ScotGovFM I've counted back, we've been told it WILL be fixed by a specific time on 8 occasions spanning nearly 2 days now. Water is a basic human right denied to us here. A source of clean water must be given to the local area as a matter of urgency. We're all suffering dehydration!!
@aliclark2272@scottish_water Mate you've said that around a dozen times, I think we're all past caring what time it'll be fixed and we all just need some water brought locally for us to stop feeling dehydrated.
@scottish_water I think Scottish Water have to hold their hands up now, admit they don't actually know when it will be fixed, and get water out to everybody who needs it.
@scottish_water Last time we got water through the tap in EH33 was late Thursday night. Its now Saturday afternoon, the hottest weekend of the year and we only hear that it'll be fixed by "x" time, this time comes and goes and we're given another "x" time. We need water, sort it!
@AsdaServiceTeam Just seems a bit odd, I've made amendments before which made the overall total cheaper and been 'charged' 1p, but never the full amount again, it's just a bit of a strain on the finances with a double payment now tied up that I wasn't expecting. Thanks for the explanation.
