Purpose Note
Don't be discouraged if your efforts don't produce instant results.
Real impact is rarely immediate. it grows through consistency, intentional action, and showing up even when no one is watching.
Keep learning. Keep serving. Keep building. Every small step counts.
In commemoration of World Blood Donor Day, members of The Fellowship of Leaders and Doers (The F.O.L.D) joined Osun Donates @osundonatess at Osun State University, Osogbo Campus, to create awareness and provide sensitization on the importance of voluntary blood donation.
Did You Know?
The human brain can store up to 2.5 petabytes of memory, roughly equivalent to about 3 million hours of TV. That's an incredible amount of information packed into something that weighs just about 1.4 kg!
Your brain is one of the most powerful tools you have.
Winning isn't always about working harder, sometimes, it's about thinking smarter.

At The Fellowship of Leaders and Doers (The FOLD), we believe that nation-building is not the responsibility of a few, but the collective duty of every Nigerian willing to lead with integrity and act with purpose.
1,000 Blood Pressure Screenings Completed!
Through the Purple Initiative 10K Project, we are taking preventive healthcare directly to our communities; one screening at a time.
1,000 screenings. 1,000 opportunities for early detection. 1,000 steps toward a healthier Osun.
Thank you to our volunteers, partners, and participants for making this milestone possible.
1,000 down. 9,000 to go💜
QUOTE OF THE DAY:
Your campus is your starting point, not your destination. Prepare locally, think globally, and position yourself for opportunities that can change your life and impact the world.
We were honoured to be invited by FAMBASA to participate in their Trade Fair, where free blood pressure screening and health education were provided to members of the association and students to promote hypertension awareness and preventive healthcare.
Academic stress is real, but sometimes the best thing you can do is pause and breathe.
Practicing deep breathing during stressful periods can help calm your mind, reduce anxiety, and improve focus. Your mental health is just as important as your grades.
Hello, June!
A new month is another opportunity to grow, learn, improve, and take one step closer to your goals.
May this month bring new opportunities, meaningful progress, good health, and reasons to be grateful.
Welcome to June. Make it count.
The FOLD Fellowship of Leaders and Doers (@the_fold01 )was honoured to be part of the Osun Business Expo Trade Fair through an outreach focused on hypertension awareness and free blood pressure checks for traders, business owners, and customers.
In the middle of the busy trade fair activities, many people took time to learn more about their blood pressure and pay closer attention to their health.
We appreciate the organisers for creating room for impact, education, and service. Every conversation, check, and moment of awareness made the outreach worthwhile.
Shaping change. Igniting action. One life at a time.

Motivation will not show up every day and that’s normal.
But when your purpose is clear, it will keep pushing you forward even on the days you feel tired, discouraged, or unmotivated.
Purpose gives direction. Consistency creates results.
As part of the World Hypertension Day commemoration, the FOLD Fellowship of Leaders and Doers took the 10K Project to a church community with a mission to create awareness, encourage healthy living, and remind people of the importance of knowing their blood pressure status.
With blood pressure checks, health talks, and engaging Q&A sessions, it was a meaningful time of learning, impact, and service to humanity.
At FOLD (@the_fold01), we remain committed to shaping change and igniting action, one community at a time.

Your health is not something to “check later.”
A healthy body and mind are part of what helps us lead, serve, and create real impact.
This World Hypertension Day, remember: regular checkups, proper rest, hydration, exercise, and healthy habits can save lives.
Your brain uses about 20% of your body’s oxygen even though it only makes up around 2% of your body weight. Wild, right?
That’s why sleep, hydration, movement, and proper nutrition matter more than most students realize. Your brain is working overtime every single day.
This wasn’t just an outreach, it was a moment of service, awareness, and real human connection.
We showed up with 10K Project to do what matters most:
check blood pressure, educate people, and spark conversations around healthier living.
The FOLD (@the_fold01 )Fellowship of Leaders and Doers continues to shape minds and ignite action through meaningful service to humanity.
As part of the ongoing 10K Project, volunteers visited Station Road Market, Osogbo, creating awareness on health and well-being with a focus on hypertension and the importance of knowing one’s blood pressure status.
It was a fulfilling experience engaging with traders and artisans, providing free blood pressure checks, sharing health education, and encouraging healthier living within the community.
Moments like this remind us that simple acts of service and awareness can create lasting impact in the lives of people.
