The worst service provider of India @airtelindia@airtelnews They have the worst service I’ve experienced till date. Their WiFi executive came and completed KYC and collected payment and it’s been 12 days since and my WiFi is yet not installed.
Now none of them is picking calls
@Airtel_Presence Sent it in DM, check and one last request if you’re not able to solve the issue just refund my amount and give me your nodal officer’s email id and also the person accountable for WiFi complaints
@airtelCOMPLAIN I’ve called customer care daily since but they’re not ready to hold accountability and not providing any solution. They’re not ensuring to get the WiFi installed rather doing formality.
