I really think this is akin to weather forecasting. Our country has recognized that we can't leave the routine, operational, forecasting of next week's weather to the academics who are also teaching classes and doing basic research about the details of atmospheric science.

@BonjwaMaurice Hab vor ein paar Tagen was ähnliches von einem Klimaforscher gelesen. Es sollte eine Institution geben ähnlich dem Wetterdienst, die sich damit beschäftigt die Auswirkungen vom Klimawandel zu kommunizieren und als Ansprechpartner zu dienen. Finde das wäre ne gute Sache
