We will not let our cats and dogs be eaten.

The first livestock law in 1998 and it amendment 100 years letter in 2001 did not mention cats and dogs. Then why canines and felines now?? This can't happen. Please withdraw this bill immediately.. #SayNoToLivestockBill23

The Livestock Bill 2023 proposed by the Ministry defines live animals as “commodity”, and defines livestock to include “canines and felines” .
