Let this weekend be about reconnection.
To your breath.
To your body.
To whatever part of you has been waiting patiently while life got loud.
You donât need a plan.
You just need a pause.
What would it look like to spend the weekend with you?
#FieldNotesFriday#Mindscape
You donât have to be at your best to begin. Start from where you are. Messy. Tired. Curious. Itâs enough. The healing doesnât happen after the to-do list. It happens when you decide to meet yourselfâexactly as you are. #MindscapeMonday#TheMindscape#ReturnToSelf
Some people think healing is a straight line.
There are days you feel powerful.
And days you feel like a puddle.
That doesnât mean youâre off track.
It means youâre in it.
Midweek reminder:
Youâre allowed to ebb and flow.
Healing is nonlinearâand thatâs okay. Itâs the rhythm.
Letâs debunk this myth:
Healing = Fixing.
It doesnât
Healing isnât about becoming a âbetter version.â
Itâs about remembering who you were before the world told you who to be.
Youâre not a problem to solve.
Youâre a self to reclaim.

@_The_Prophet__ I went through this exactly. For 3.5 years I thought I was the subject of a generational curse. Then, a spark in the rubble. It grew into an inner fire that has grown each day. I'm building.
@Theholisticpsyc I'm a case study for how attachment styles impact the success of a relationship. I used to be very anxious; my wife was disorganized. Our relationship was hell, for both. We divorced and thru therapy became secure. I got back with her and it was still hell. We recently broke up.
Through self-reflection and sitting with your parts from a place of compassion and curiosity, you can grow. Working on your relationship with your system is the key.
@thedeshudson Changing your mental landscape is not easy, but can be done through sitting with yourself, approaching your parts with curiosity and compassion.
@hashjenni Youve got to curate your circle as you grow, focusing on secure, letting go of insecure attachments. My circle is smaller than its ever been, but i am my happiest self today. Want to know how?
We often hear that relationships are necessary for longevity & happy living. I had always understood this to mean number of relationships. As I've grown & shed insecure attachments, my circle contracted. Grateful to hear this take that this is the right track for me.

@DrBobBeare Yes, this! I found that as I became more inwardly secure - through psychotherapy supplemented with psychadelics - I naturally let go of insecure relationships: I simply didn't want them anymore longer. The relationship no longer "felt right"

@Theholisticpsyc One of the greatest skills I learned in my mid-40's was to avoid instantaneous decision-making. Ponder. Ponder until the answer comes from your place of intuition.
