@TheOfficialSBI it is disappointing that the rate for people who took up the loan just a couple of months ago was hiked and for new scholars the rate is lower.
All students are equal. Request you to to reduce the rate to 7% for all students who took loans recently
@TheOfficialSBI Its really disappointing to see that SBI doesn't cares about existing customers and is only focussed on acquiring new customers. Scholar loan is being offered at 7.00% to new borrowers, but those like me who availed the loan just 6 months back continue to pay 7.6%
Why can't we be given an option to reset our interest rate? Why this apathy towards all the existing borrowers. The waiver extended to the new customer should also be extended to us.
Please look into the matter as it deals with students.
