Absolutely agree on this.. it’s all about the PR and teams cannot keep up atm, I’d be nervous if I was a junior engineer as they just aren’t being hired at enterprise. I know of at least four teir1 Investment Banks who have frozen junior hires due to the demand on AI generated Pull Requests.. Code is coming so quick that oversight and governance is now the throttle.
