These are not neutral statistics. They are weapons. Not accidental errors, but deliberate pretext.

They are laundered through sensational headlines, echoed by opportunistic politicians, swallowed whole by outraged audiences, & then deployed to rationalize escalation and bloodshed.

You’ve watched this exact pattern unfold before:

- the fabricated Kuwaiti incubator babies that fueled the Gulf War
- the nonexistent WMDs that launched the invasion of Iraq
- the unverified beheaded babies amplified after October 7, to name but a few.

Every claim was breathlessly reported, relentlessly amplified, weaponized to manufacture consent, & then quietly retracted or debunked long after the wars were underway & the damage irreversible.

Lies are deliberately framed as urgent moral imperatives to demand immediate action. Conflicts are then greenlit on waves of public fury. The truth is unearthed years later, long after it can do anything to stop the graves from filling.

Disinformation requires no sophistication. It only needs raw emotion, endless repetition, and temporary unverifiability to outpace scrutiny.

So demand answers now.

Where is the independent, on-the-ground evidence?
Who is rigorously verifying these extraordinary figures?
Who benefits most if outrage eclipses reason?

Disinformation doesn’t need to persuade you fully. It only needs to inflame you faster than facts can catch up.

By the time verification emerges, the missiles are already in flight.

Treat every viral atrocity statistic with the fierce skepticism history demands, because the price of blind belief is always paid in human lives.

Footage obtained exclusively by BT shows federal officers on Nicollet Ave. on top of a man on the ground, before one CBP officer pulls his gun and repeatedly fires. Witnesses say that after the shooting CBP then walked down the block filming bystanders. This seems nice on paper but is kinda abysmal that this is what we’re doing now.

10k steps takes about 1hr30 minutes or 2hours give or take.

We should be able to spare these minutes or less to just try to put your brain in flow state by TOUCHING GRASSSSSSS!

The best benefit of doing that no of step daily is not even in the number but in the experience of life around and feeding your mind with important things outside the 9-5 daily grind.

Live life away from the screens a little. Allow calmness. Breathe good air. Stare at nature. Relish conversations w strangers and enjoy the craze/beauty of life outside the walls of your workspace. PLEASEEEEE!
