@wil_da_beast630 Orthodox (small o) Christian beliefs are from thousands of historical records. Atheist historians even confirm that Jesus was a real person. LDS-exclusive beliefs are based on plates given to one man which no one else has ever seen. No historical evidence for LDS.
Isn’t this sort of self-refuting? If there is greater requirement for coordination to push blue, why did all the polls turn up blue majority without coordination?
The pattern played out like this:
- Duh Red is the obvious choice. Nobody dies if everyone pushes red. There's not reason to push blue.
- Blue button pusher think they have a bullet proof rebuttal... Some confused or irrational people will push blue. Therefore the knee-jerk red reaction is naive and the true enlightened position is that that you must push blue.
Unfortunately, that turns out to be the naive position. Consider the following...
There’s a model that consistently produces long-term faith. It’s older. It’s simpler. And it directly contradicts how most churches run youth ministry today. Almost no one wants to implement it.
I explain why here: https://t.co/yPHK4clHcH
@WWUTTcom Not true. Wesley was opposed to women preachers until he met Sarah Crosby, whom he identified as having an extraordinary call. It’s possible that there was a difference between an ordinary and extraordinary call, but it’s debatable. He officially endorsed her preaching in 1760s.
