Algerian wine? Isn’t that an oxymoron? Well maybe, but mostly it isn’t, and in fact the wine in Algeria is excellent (I’m not biased or anything 👀). I visited wineries (caves) and spoke to farmers in Algeria and found a once dominant world waiting to be (re)discovered.

@drninastuder Yeah I had the same approach. I found Delcampe to be a great source of colonial wine labels. They’re rich sources for storytelling. It was such a fascinating world that is being forgotten both in Algeria and abroad.
